Wage and Hour Compliance and FLSA Compliance
Can provide company supervisors with wage and hour training to assist companies achieve wage and hour compliance including Fair Labor Standards Act FLSA training.  If necessary, Mr. Tretser can prepare for and appear at wage and hour hearings in a firm's defense before the California Labor Commission. 

EEOC Compliance
Can provide supervisors with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission EEOC compliance training about non-discrimination to help companies achieve EEOC compliance. He can also serve as a company's EEOC hearing representation at EEOC administrative hearings.

Wage and Salary Consulting
Attempt to obtain comparative wage and salaries and benefits for employees in like or similar positions to establish an approximate acceptable rate of pay for their job classifications.  Competitive compensation will minimize employee turnover and job disatisfaction.

Social Security
Explain to employees the requirements of social security and the benefits available upon eligibility.
